Why Master in International Management?
The Master in International Management (MIM) is a one-year, practice-oriented program that aims to train talented graduates to kick-start their international careers. It combines theory with practice, bridges academia and industry, and integrates hard and soft skills. The MIM program blends traditional courses with Learning Labs to promote students’ critical thinking, push students to think systematically about culturally- and intellectually-demanding tasks. It helps to discover how Made in Italy leaders win in foreign markets and different industries, developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
CAREER PROSPECTS
The MIM program enables graduates to undertake international careers paths in a wide range of organizations such as industrial multinational firms; small- and medium-sized firms that pursue internationalization strategies; universities or other organizations contributing to international research projects; national and international public administration and policy organizations or institutions for foreign trade.
Target audience
The MIM aims to attract recent graduates from a variety of study disciplines and cultural backgrounds. It welcomes candidates with no business experience who look for a degree program that act as bridge to the real world as well as candidates with – up to two years of – business background who seeks in-depth knowledge of how theory applies to the real world.
FIELD PROJECT
In the last term students bridge educational training with the job reality in the Field Project, which represents an opportunity to put into practice and achieve the skills acquired throughout the course.
