Daniele Macciocchi is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at LUISS Guido Carli Department of Business and Management. He obtained his PhD in Management, with concentration in Accounting, from LUISS Guido Carli University in 2014. During the PhD, he has been a visiting PhD student at the Accounting Department of the University of Miami, School of Business (Florida, USA). His research interests include Corporate Disclosure, Earnings management, Executives Turnover, CEO Compensation, Corporate Governance, Family Firms, and IAS-IFRS adoption. Daniele is a member of the American Accounting Association, European Accounting Association, IFERA, and he is a reviewer for the Journal of International Accounting Research. From 2012 to 2014, he has been a Lecturer of Financial Statement Analysis and International Accounting Standards at UNINT University, Rome. Furthermore, Daniele is a CPA and a Public Auditor.
