He earned summa cum laude a bachelor’s degree in Economics, a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Law and Economics at LUISS University of Rome. He also completed the European Master in Law and Economics (EMLE) at the University of Rotterdam, a master in Public Economics at Tor Vergata University and a master in Tax Law and Policy at SSEF. In January 2013 he got a research grant in Applied Economics from LUISS University, where he has been assistant lecturer in Industrial Organization since 2008. He has also been teaching assistant in Public Law for Economics at the Department of Law. Chartered accountant. He has been manager of strategic planning for municipally owned firms of Rome Local Administration from November 2009 to January 2012. Previously, he was consultant for Nera Consulting (Rome office) and CIPE-NARS (Prime Minister’s Office).
