richard-tee I am an Assistant Professor at the Management Department of LUISS University in Rome, Italy.
My research focuses on technological innovation, industry emergence, and what organizations do to strategically influence this. My doctoral thesis on was a finalist for the EGOS/Grigor McClelland Doctoral Dissertation Award. Using qualitative and quantitative data, I have examined a variety of settings including telecoms, IT and construction. I have presented at a variety of conferences including AoM, DRUID, Schumpeter and SMS and have organized various symposia and PDWs at these events. Before academia I worked at a telecoms/IT research and consulting institute.
