“Triple A for Italian Soccer. The rating system of Lega Pro” this was the event held on February 13th in Rome at Spazio Mastai -Palazzo dell’Informazione which involved LUISS Business School with the participation of its Dean Paolo Boccardelli among the stakeholders concerned in promoting a change in soccer management. Lega Pro has the aim to introduce a rating system to classify soccer clubs’ performances, so as to promote the virtuous development of Italian soccer.
LUISS Business School supports this project, as part of its mission, to generate future managers able to contribute to sustainable development. Build the credibility of a sector – before sponsors and the financial world – through ways which involve growth and have impact on territory, where the social aspects of management represent a relevant part of governance, a challenge which the School has chosen to seize both from an educational and external point of view.
Participating in this dialogue and establishing quality standards for soccer clubs is the first step towards the implementation of best practices that can be carried out in various sectors characterized by management culture orientated to sustainable business.
