The course aims to welcome and train young talents wishing to develop a career in the health care. The objective is to train Healthcare professionals who are able to a renewal project in the chain of Health through the dissemination of knowledge and the development of managerial skills.
The course is aimed to:
- know the characteristicsof theItalian health sector and its main changes;
- acquiremanagement skillsthorough understandingof the context-alsoininternational view;
- support the implementationofhealth policies, able to balancethe economic,institutional and social trend;
- support decision makingandstrategic process for the different actors.
The course comes from the experience of the Master in Management of Healthcare Organizations – MAS and Executive Master in Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Administration – EMPHA at LUISS Business School.
