Graduated cum laude at LUISS University, Political Sciences, over a 25+ years period of career Tauriello has been an Executive Manager in leader Multinational Companies, of which The Walt Disney Company, where she was leading the Audiovisual Content Distribution over 60 Countries and Nestlè where she served as General Manager at Buitoni Division . Currently she operates as Media Consultant with her Company and she has implemented projects, among others, for Fox International Channels, Turner Broadcasting (a Time Warner Company), ITV Studios UK. She was Head of TV at MIA (International Audiovisual Market, sponsored by Anica, APT, Mibact).
She is Adjunct Professor at LUISS Business School where she serves also as Director of the Master Writing School for Cinema and Television. For the past three years she has been a Contract Professor at LUISS University, Department of Business and Management, teaching Creative Industries and Business Model Innovation.
Tauriello has led the growth within every single business she has led with a reputation for delivering complicated projects on time and to budget, combining a structured managerial approach – including strong financial and negotiations skills – with innovative solutions.
