Michele is post-doctoral research fellow at the “Business and Management” department. He is about to complete his doctoral studies at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. His doctoral dissertation – supervised by Prof. Tiziano Vescovi and Prof. Chiara Mio – investigates the relationship between sustainable development and business model innovation.
During his doctoral studies Michele has been visiting researcher at the Dublin City University Business School and at Centre for Sustainability Management at Leuphana University.
Before then, Michele graduated with honors at LUISS Guido Carli in 2008 (masters degree in business administration; supervisor: Dr. Francesco De Leo) and 2006 (bachelor degree in business economics; supervisor, Prof. Gian Maria Gros-Pietro). After his masters degree, Michele has also worked as a management consultant for few years. He worked on various consulting assignments (business process analysis and reengineering, competitive benchmarking, post-merger integration, PMO) across several industries (long-term car rental, banking, facility management, consumer credit, household appliances and consumer electronics).
