The Master Programme in European Human Resource Management provides Masters and MBA students the unique opportunity to combine a high quality general management degree with a specialist master’s degree in European HRM.
The programme aims at delivering first-class education of HRM, as well as offering the students the opportunity to carry out an in-company HR-project. This in-company project provides students with the experience of cross-cultural teamwork and takes place in a foreign country.
The programme brings together participants and faculty from seven leading European Business Schools and universities:
- EM Lyon, Ecole de management, France
- Helmut-Schmidt-University Hamburg, Germany
- LUISS Business School, Rome, Italy
- Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands
- Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration, Latvia
- Vlerick Business School, Belgium
- University of Bamberg, Germany
In total approximately 25 students and several professors of the different institutions participate in the programme.
The programme consists of three residential elements and the company project. At the core of the programme is an in-depth, eleven-week consultancy project carried out within, or on behalf of, an internationally operating company.
