During my work experience I have had the possibility to understand and become confident with an extremely dynamic business environment, realising the importance and the advantages of an academic education in the field. I realised that I needed to focus more on the development of both soft and hard skills and on the ability to perform efficiently under limited time and constraints, simulating very closely a fast-moving work environment.
That’s why I’ve decided to attend the MBA, I was sure that investing in a highly professional curriculum that integrates the theoretical with practical experience that would allow me to be competitive in an international market and to expand my career prospects. Furthermore, this choice has been driven by my decision to align my profile to the one of my international colleagues, given the wide presence of many multinational companies in Italy, which are used to search for highly qualified profiles.
