They will have the potential to achieve organisational change within their organisations, or the higher education sector in general. They are generally required to have held a mid-level position and at least three years of work experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enrol it is necessary to pass the Admission Test which assesses the candidates\u2019 skills, motivation and potential. The test can be taken on site or remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Admission Test<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Admission Test evaluates the applicant\u2019s skills, personal motivations, and potential. It can be administered on campus or remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Admission Test consists of personal interviews focused on the essay or outline of personal research interest and the motivation letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Fill in the Application Form to apply for the admission test available on the programme website. The following documents will be requested:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>copy of degree certificate(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at least one letter of recommendation from academic or professional supervisor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>curriculum vitae<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>digital ID photo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copy of passport or ID document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>admission fee receipt of \u20ac 100 (non-refundable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivation Letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Essay or outline of personal research interest:<ul><li>Research interest \/ focus<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Potential Research Questions<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Contributions to the field<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Statement of Motivation<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>All in one document<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Up to 1000 words\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Topical style, no academic references \/APA style<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Payment of the admission fee<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The admission fee is payable online simultaneously.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Successful applicants will be MA graduates of a (nationally) recognized university or hold an equivalent graduate professional qualification.
