They will have the potential to achieve organisational change within their organisations, or the higher education sector in general. They are generally required to have held a mid-level position and at least three years of work experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enrol it is necessary to pass the Admission Test which assesses the candidates&#8217; skills, motivation and potential. The test can be taken on site or remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Admission Test<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Admission Test evaluates the applicant\u2019s skills, personal motivations, and potential. It can be administered on campus or remotely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Admission Test consists of&nbsp;personal interviews focused on the essay or outline of personal research interest and the motivation letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Fill in the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/en\/application\/?pid=P-000300\" title=\"\">Application Form<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;to apply for the admission test available on the programme website.
