Besides being the birthplace of one of the major video game studios and many globally successful TV formats, Amsterdam is the headquarter of several large entertainment companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second part of the programme will take place at <strong>Villa Blanc Campus in Rome<\/strong>, where Luiss Business School has a consolidated experience in Creative and Cultural Industries as well as a strong connection with companies operating in these sectors. Rome not only has a long-standing reputation as one of Europe\u2019s leading artistic and cultural capitals\u2014recognized in 2015 when the city was designated a UNESCO \u201cCreative City of Film\u201d\u2014but is also home to Cinecitt\u00e0, one of the largest and most iconic film production studios in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The major aims at training students able to&nbsp;<strong>balance art versus commerce, creativity versus technology, and inspiration versus data<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon completion of this programme, students have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>knowledge<\/strong>&nbsp;and understanding of key business and management concepts, theories, and models in the context of the entertainment industries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the ability to&nbsp;<strong>critically assess<\/strong>&nbsp;these concepts, theories, and models by evaluating the extent to which they are applicable to the entertainment industries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the&nbsp;<strong>ability to apply<\/strong>&nbsp;these concepts, theories, and models to specific business cases and company challenges in the entertainment industries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an&nbsp;<strong>understanding<\/strong>&nbsp;of&nbsp;major global trends and how these might affect companies that are active in&nbsp;the entertainment industries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the&nbsp;<strong>ability to report<\/strong>&nbsp;clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the&nbsp;<strong>ability to cooperate and communicate<\/strong>&nbsp;constructively in multidisciplinary and international teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Target Audience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Major in Digital Entertainment Business is aimed at recent graduates \u2014 or those graduating soon \u2014 interested in developing competencies in the entertainment industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Career Prospects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme puts students on career paths in a wide range of organisations in the entertainment industries, in positions such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strategist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketeer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Creative) Producer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovation Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business Analyst<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategy Consultant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diploma and ECTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Master in <strong>Management of Creative and Cultural Industries \u2013 Major in Digital Entertainment Business<\/strong> is a first-level <strong>Degree Programme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education as a \u201cMaster Universitario di Primo Livello and provides students with <strong>65 ECTS<\/strong> (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Master\u2019s Diploma and ECTS will be awarded to participants who have passed all mandatory exams and assessment tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Master\u2019s Direction and Coordination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Scientific Director<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Joris Ebbers<\/strong>, Full Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Luiss Business School<strong> <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Scientific Committee <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luca Pirolo<\/strong>, Associate Dean for Multi-Hub Strategy &amp;
