VP EMEA & NA – Deus ex Machina B.V.  He was Managing Director “Strategic Growth Markets” at  Harley-Davidson Ltd. in Oxford – UK, CEO MVAgusta (Varese) and CFO Ducati Motor Holding (Bologna). He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked for 17 years up to Finance Director (Lisbon, Rome, Brussels, Newcastle upon Tyne). He collaborates with the Executive Committee of “Nuovi Orizzonti”, a non-profit organisation that aims to intervene in areas of social hardship that mainly characterise adolescence. He graduated with honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Naples, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Bocconi University in Milan, a Diploma in Global Business from the Said Business School in Oxford and a Board Academy Postgraduate Certificate from the Luiss Business School in Rome.
