Luca Olivari is a transformation executive working as advisor to board members and senior management of global organizations, with specific focus on non-profit and government entities.
He is one of the School Adjunct Professor and Project Leader of the Business Consulting Area.
Luca has over 20 years of management consulting experience working predominantly in Organizational Transformation, Company Turnaround, and Human Capital Capability Development projects across different industries and geographies (in his career he has worked in over 20 countries across all continents).
Luca started his consulting experience in Andersen Consulting in 1995, moving to A.T. Kearney in 1999 where over the last decade he lead the Organization and Transformation Practice in Italy first and later in Middle East. During his consulting career he has also performed interim management roles for global players in different service industries to run full company turnaround projects across multiple geographies.
Luca is now an Advisor to the General Council of the Marist Brothers, supporting the global Education Institute across its presence in 80 countries.
Luca is also an Associated Director of A.T. Kearney, supporting transformation projects in Middle East, and, since 2006, an Adjunct Professor at LUISS Business School in Rome.
