Negotiating is an everyday activity for human beings. People negotiate to cope with conflicting aspirations, to integrate different goals, and to cooperate with competitors.

On Wednesday, March 31 at 5.30 pm CEST we invite you to attend an Online Masterclass of the new Flex Executive Programme in Negotiation.

This masterclass will take you into the multifaceted world of negotiation to explore its three components. Emotions are the primary driver in human life and are crucial in negotiation tasks. When stakes are high, conversations become difficult, and feelings arise. Conflicts, which humans erroneously perceive as coming exclusively from external sources, can also be found within our teams and among allies. Understanding games is of paramount importance, as playing our cards right while disorienting our opponent in the real world is anything but easy.

The masterclass sketches the connections between negotiation, emotion, conflict, and games through an interactive simulation, so you may gain a better understanding of the course’s learning approach.

The Programme Coordinator will also be connected to answer any question about the upcoming edition of the Flex Executive Programme in Negotiation starting in May 2021.
