ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT OF THE HEALTHCARE ECOSYSTEM

The Intensive Executive Programme in Analysis and Management of the Healthcare Ecosystem provides the tools to face the economic and social challenges related to the management of the healthcare ecosystem, from using and managing innovative technologies in the health sector, to the development, management and monitoring of the quality of healthcare, also including its social impact. The programme allows participants to address and analyse issues of social impact and sustainability, strictly connected to health management issues, in a structured and experiential manner.

LEARNING OUTCOME

The Intensive Executive Programme in Analysis and Management of the Healthcare Ecosystem will teach you how to:

• Evaluate current and future healthcare trends to identify gaps and suggest possible improvements
• Identify and manage the changes needed in organisations to execute new strategies within an evolving healthcare landscape
• Define the quality of healthcare and examine the implications that potential changes would have for members of the healthcare ecosystem
• Identify the drivers of trends in healthcare spending for the various stakeholders.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

At the end of the programme a certificate of participation will be issued to those who have attended at least 80% of the educational activities envisioned by the programme.

Successfully completing a Luiss Business School Intensive Executive Program grants students 4 ECTS.

The Intensive Executive Programme in Analysis and Management of the Healthcare Ecosystem lasts 1 week and requires full-time attendance on campus. It is composed of 5 modules.

• Module 1: The International Healthcare Ecosystem
• Module 2: Present and future payment models
• Module 3: The quality of care from different perspectives of the Ecosystem
• Module 4: New technologies and their impact on the Ecosystem
• Module 5: Non-technological but potentially revolutionary challenges

Attendance schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00

FEE WAIVERS

Luiss Business School offers several fee waiver options for executive education: 

• Any participant who has already attended a Luiss Business School programme or is a Luiss Guido Carli graduate will be entitled to a reduction of 10% of the fee payable. 
• Any company or institution that enrols multiple individuals in the same programme will be entitled to a reduction of a 10% the fee payable. 
• Any participant who enrols at least 30 days before the start date will be entitled to an early bird reduction of 5% of the fee payable. 
• Any participant who enrols at least 60 days before the start date will be entitled to an early bird reduction of 10% of the fee payable. 

The above reductions cannot be combined with any other reductions, scholarships or sponsorship support. 

APPLICATION PROCESS

As part of the application process for this programme, you will undergo a pre-evaluation to assess your  motivation and fit. The pre-evaluation consists of a personal interview and an English test.
