Professor of Practice<\/span><\/b> in Human Resource Management, Director of the <\/span>Executive Master in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Administration <\/span><\/b>and of the<\/span> Master in Sviluppo Manageriale<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After graduating in Philosophy from the University of Milan (IT), he earned a <\/span>Master of Science in Organizational Psychology<\/span><\/b> from UMIST – the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UK). Also in the UK, he obtained a <\/span>PhD in E-Research and Technology Enhanced Learning<\/span><\/b> from Lancaster University.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Founder and Managing Partner<\/span><\/b> of McNigam SRL<\/span><\/b>. In a career spanning more than 35 years, he has held senior positions in several European multinational companies, including Johnson & Johnson Medical, in both national (Italy) and international (Mediterranean Area) positions.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Parallel to his industrial career, he has gained solid academic experience, working as <\/span>Chief Knowledge Officer, Research Lead<\/span><\/b>, and lecturer in <\/span>Human Resources<\/span><\/b> at the ISTUD Foundation.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He has authored numerous studies on topics such as <\/span>learning, problem solving, transactional analysis, leadership, change management, and mergers and acquisitions<\/span><\/b>.
