An independent HR consultant, she has held various leadership roles in major organizations. She worked at Vodafone as HR Manager and Development Manager, and at FCA in Turin, first as Development Manager at the Holding and later as Human Resources Business Partner for the Commercial Brands in the Mediterranean region, serving as Head of Learning and Recruiting.
