He is an Adjunct Professor of Planning and Control at Luiss and an Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, where he directs the major in Corporate Finance and teaches various courses. Former President for Finance, Legal, Infrastructure, and Services and CFO of STMicroelectronics NV (1999-2018), he has served the company as Group CFO, President of ST Italy, CEO of ST-Ericsson SA, achieving a 10.6% annual total shareholders\u2019 return.
