He is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">He has gained professional experience in France and the Netherlands, collaborating with prestigious law firms. Since 2020, he has been a partner at AndPartners Tax and Law Firm, where he advises major multinational groups, companies, and associations.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">From 2005 to 2011, he was engaged in academic activities at leading international universities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">He has held institutional roles, including as a member of the Technical Committee for the Implementation of the Tax Reform established in 2023 by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the Interministerial Commission for the Reform of Tax Justice in 2021.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Since 2021, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A., where he chairs the Control and Risk Committee and is a member of the Governance, Nomination, and Remuneration Committee.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Since 2024, he has also served on the Board of Directors and the Control, Risk, and Sustainability Committee of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">From 2019 to 2020, he was a member of the Board of Directors of ENAV S.p.A.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Bracco is Chair of the Fiscal Technical Committee of ANDAF and Chair of the International Tax Group at ICFOA.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">He is the author of numerous publications in specialized journals, a frequent speaker at conferences, and a lecturer in tax law.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">He has received several awards, including \u201cTax Energy Professional of the Year\u201d at the Legalcommunity Energy Awards for multiple years up to 2025, and \u201cAdvisory Professional of the Year\u201d at the 2025 Legalcommunity Tax Awards.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">He is internationally recognized as one of the leading tax professionals in Italy by Lexology (formerly Who\u2019s Who Legal), Best Lawyers, and Legal500.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pietro Bracco is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, holding a Ph.D. in International Tax Law.
