She is particularly interested in the development of monetary policy and industrial digitization policy in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Arina completed her PhD&nbsp;in 2020 at the Ca\u2019Foscari University of Venice (Italy) defending the dissertation titled \u2018The Economic and Monetary Union under Construction: Tackling Fault Lines in Language\u2019. She holds as well B.A. and M.A. in Linguistics from the Herzen University (St.Petersburg, Russia) and MBA from the University of Alcal\u00e1-CIFF Business School (Spain).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arina Tsirkuleva is a research fellow.
