Rosella Santella is a Post-Doc researcher at the Department of Business and Management, Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome.
\nShe obtained her PhD in Management from Luiss University in 2013 with a Thesis titled \u201cThe impact of Core Self Evaluation on Entrepreneurial Transition and Financing\u201d.
\nShe is in charge of a series of teaching roles in LUISS University in the fields of Corporate Finance and Advanced Corporate Finance.
\nFrom 2013 to 2015 she was a member of the Italian Technical Unit for Project Finance (UTFP), under the control of the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
\nBefore joining LUISS University, she worked for a primary insurance company by making performances analyses on a variety of asset portfolios and she worked for a leading Italian bank by making analyses on quasi-equity products and their effects on the financial structure of SMEs according to Basilea II rules.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
