Previously a Strategy Manager with Accenture (London office), he has over 20 years of total work experience with a number of large organizations throughout Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Bucalo is Adjunct Professor at Luiss Business School, where he designed and coordinates an <a href=\"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/customer-experience-management\/\" title=\"\">Executive Programme in Customer &amp; Employee Experience Management<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pier holds a Ph.D. in Economics from University of Rome \u201cLa Sapienza\u201d (Italy) and an M.B.A. from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (The Netherlands). More recently, he attended a Senior Executive Program from IESE Business School (New York City).
