Francesco Fallacara, Adjunct Faculty Member at Luiss Business School, is a certified public accountant and statutory auditor. He is the founder and principal of Studio Fallacara, a tax and corporate advisory firm based in Rome and Milan, specializing in tax consulting, corporate advisory, tax litigation, and auditing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He serves as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of listed companies and holds positions on the boards of directors, supervisory bodies, and audit committees of other unlisted companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He has taught for many years at important Italian universities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
