Mario is an Equity Partner at EY and the Leader of the Valuation, Modelling & Economics department in Italy. Mario has over 20 years of experience in valuations, fairness opinions, business plans, economic impact analysis, and project financing for a wide range of purposes across all sectors. He has coordinated various assignments in Valuation, M&A, and Restructuring. He has extensive experience in IFRS 3, Impairment Testing, and Purchase Price Allocation for large conglomerates. Mario has assisted more than 800 Italian and international clients. Mario is a Member of the ‘Corporate Consulting and Business Valuation’ Commission of the ODCEC of Rome, ASSIREVI, and the Management Board of OIV \u2013 Italian Valuation Organization, and a Lecturer at several Italian universities on Corporate Finance topics.
