He has degrees in Psychology, Economics, Political Science, and Communication Science and a PhD in Cognitive Science.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He has taught at many important Italian universities. He directs the ITS Academy ‘Maria Gaetana Agnesi’ in Rome.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n
His research focuses on positive psychology, inclusion, and resilience, analysing the impact of HR practices on organisational well-being. With Giunti, he recently published the handbook ‘Nessuno Escluso’, dedicated to transforming companies into caring communities. He edits the ‘Woke Corner’ column in the daily newspaper ‘Il Riformista’.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n
