Gianfilippo Pandolfini began his career first in consulting and then took on managerial roles of increasing responsibility in large multinational banking groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From 2006 he held the role of Human Resources Director for 10 years, then Chief Operating Officer until early 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In these roles he led complex transformation projects with the aim of improving the quality of customer services and optimizing the use and investments in resources, economic and human.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since April 2024, he has been Senior Advisor for KPMG in the People & Change and Operations practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is passionate about people, technological transformation, organization, and change management that he believes are elements that can create a competitive advantage and ensure the sustainability of results in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
