Fabio Pasquali, Adjunct Faculty Member, is specialised in franchising, business innovation, and strategic management. Born in Rome in 1963, he earned a Law Degree from University of Rome \u201cLa Sapienza\u201d in 1989 and has been a registered journalist with the Order of Journalists of Rome since 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout his academic career, he has collaborated with prestigious institutions, University of Rome \u201cLa Sapienza\u201d, actively contributing to the development of future business leaders. Since 2022, he has been a keynote speaker and promoter at global franchising events, advocating for new growth strategies for franchise networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With over 30 years of experience, he has founded and led more than 16 companies in the retail, technology, and media sectors, helping over 700 national and international brands, including Yamamay, Bata, Re\/Max, EnelSI, Naturhouse, and Nau. He has also managed publicly traded companies, guiding them from IPO and beyond. As the creator of the \u201cFive Levers Method\u201d, a strategic framework for franchise network development and analysis, he is internationally recognized for his innovative approach to business models. Pasquali has held key institutional roles, including National President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confcommercio and member of the Young Entrepreneurs Commission at CNEL.
