Her research also highlights the importance of trauma-informed leadership practices in shaping more inclusive and effective development programs. Dr. Alonso\u2019s work is published in top journals, including Journal of Managerial Psychology and Journal of Vocational Behavior. She has applied her expertise to assist nonprofit organizations by enhancing leadership practices and volunteer engagement strategies.
