Christophe Geiger is Professor of Law at Luiss Guido Carli University\u00a0and Director\u00a0as well as founder of the Innovation Law and Ethics\u00a0Observatory (ILEO). Previously\u00a0to his Luiss appointment, he taught at the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) of the University of Strasbourg (France), which he leaded as Director General and Director of the Research Department for 11 years.\u00a0In addition, he is\u00a0Spangenberg Fellow in Law & Technology\u00a0at Case Western Reserve University School of Law\u2019s Spangenberg Center for Law, Technology & the Art,\u00a0has been an\u00a0affiliated senior research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich (Germany) from 2008 to 2022,\u00a0and President of the ATRIP, the International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property from\u00a02022\u00a0to 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
