The attending companies are: American Express, BNL-BNP Paribas, Deloitte, Dorna, Elica, Findus, General Motors, Grand Vision, Horton International, iGuzzini, KPMG, Merck Sharp &amp; Dohme, Philip Morris, Wind.<\/p>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity for our MBAs, also considering the \u201cnumbers\u201d: <strong>14 companies<\/strong>, <strong>30 interviewers for 30 students<\/strong>, for a total of about <strong>120 interviews<\/strong> in one afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>The event will start at <strong>12:30 p.m.<\/strong> with a <strong>networking lunch<\/strong> with students and companies. At <strong>2:00 p.m.<\/strong>, HR managers will start <strong>one-to-one interviews<\/strong> with pre-selected students. These 30 minutes interviews will be <strong>the first step of a further recruitment process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The MBA Career Day is part of the <strong>talent management path<\/strong> that the Career Service team has been building from the first day of the Programme.<\/p>\n<p>After career coaching meetings, CV revision and mock interviews, <strong>students are now ready to introduce themselves to the job market<\/strong> and test themselves with structured recruitment processes. This is just the first step, but it is definitely an important occasion to leave their comfort zone.<\/p>\n<p>We are sure that <strong>our talents will give their best<\/strong> and we would like to wish Good Luck to each one of them!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare.
