per i Giovani<\/strong> (Confindustria for the youth) is\u00a0aimed\u00a0at encouraging\u00a0the\u00a0young people\u00a0with the job world\u00a0and knowledge of the Representation\u00a0system, by supporting them\u00a0in the understanding of\u00a0organisational\u00a0and institutional\u00a0dynamics\u00a0of the associative\u00a0network.<\/p>\n<h3>Target<\/h3>\n<p>25\u00a0University Graduates<\/p>\n<h3>Project Objectives<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>introduce\u00a025\u00a0young graduates to the system of\u00a0firms and its\u00a0representation;<\/li>\n<li>build a\u00a0curriculum\u00a0centred\u00a0on the understanding\u00a0of\u00a0organisational\u00a0and institutional\u00a0dynamics\u00a0of the\u00a0associative\u00a0network\u00a0of the Confederation;<\/li>\n<li>help to create\u00a0a network of relationships\u00a0on the\u00a0territory\u00a0to\u00a0make an effective associative \u00a0accomplishment,\u00a0starting with the younger generation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Admission requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Presenting\u00a0the admission form,\u00a0exclusively through\u00a0the website form;<\/li>\n<li>CV\u00a0Screening;<\/li>\n<li>Written test;<\/li>\n<li>Motivational\u00a0Interviews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Training Course<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>6\u00a0months of\u00a0training course\u00a0that will\u00a0take place\u00a0at\u00a0one or more\u00a0locations\u00a0in the system\u00a0of\u00a0representation;<\/li>\n<li>8\u00a0days of\u00a0classroom training;<\/li>\n<li>e-learning;<\/li>\n<li>counselling\u00a0and\u00a0tutoring\u00a0during\u00a0the training course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Period<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>November 10, 2013:\u00a0call deadline ;<\/li>\n<li>November\u00a02013-January\u00a02014:\u00a0selection;<\/li>\n<li>February\u00a02014: training begins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Fianancial Aid<\/h3>\n<p>Monthly\u00a0reimbursement equal
