You will attend an online<\/strong> Masterclass<\/strong> on the topic \u201cDiscovering (some) soft skills: An unusual reflection on diversity, creativity and improvisation\u201d <\/strong>held by Luca Giustiniano, Full Professor of Organization Studies and Coordinator of the Soft Skills Lab. Through this laboratory, Luiss MBA students develop competencies and skills to face business challenges and learn key skills such as teamwork, effective communication, negotiation and leadership.<\/p>\n

After the Masterclass, you will discover more about the programme and get your questions answered during a Q&A session <\/strong>with the MBA coordinators <\/strong>and Maciej Gronek, Full-time MBA Alumnus <\/strong>and currently Strategic Development Manager in Birra Peroni, <\/strong>a major player in the Italian brewing industry.<\/p>\n
