People negotiate to cope with conflicting aspirations, to integrate different goals, and to cooperate with competitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On <strong>Wednesday, March 31 at 5.30 pm CEST<\/strong> we invite you to attend an Online Masterclass of the new <a href=\"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/landing\/flex-negotiation\/\"><strong>Flex Executive Programme in Negotiation<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This masterclass will take you into the multifaceted world of negotiation<\/strong> to explore its three components. <strong>Emotions<\/strong> are the primary driver in human life and are crucial in negotiation tasks. When stakes are high, conversations become difficult, and feelings arise. <strong>Conflicts<\/strong>, which humans erroneously perceive as coming exclusively from external sources, can also be found within our teams and among allies.
