Our MBA learning tour at Fendi\u2019s headquarters was no exception.<\/p>\n<p>From the moment we set foot into the Palazzo della Civilt\u00e0 Italiana, a roman landmark exemplifying Rome\u2019s heritage, we recognized the symbiotic relationship between a fashion powerhouse and one of the most enchanting cities in the world. Employees at Fendi are engraved with the company\u2019s ideals associated to breaking the rules and innovating through \u201cFun Furs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The open working environment is suitable for nourishing employee creativity and company DNA is embodied into the day-by-day activities.
