Furthermore, participants will not only learn about the benefits of <strong>coaching in the company<\/strong> but also discover how the coaching model has changed <strong>post-pandemic.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the presentation, Martin Castrogiovanni, former programme participant and Italian 15-a-side rugby player, will share his <strong>career path<\/strong> and <strong>experience<\/strong>.
