La sua carriera lo porta a ricoprire incarichi di crescente responsabilit\u00e0, dapprima nell\u2019ambito della Direzione studi e strategie di Olivetti e in seguito nel campo delle risorse umane: prima di entrare nel gruppo Finmeccanica \u00e8 stato responsabile del personale in SKY Italia, nel gruppo Telecom Italia, in TIM e nel Gruppo Olivetti.
