programme proposes a comprehensive overview of the role of data, digital ecosystems, multi-sided platforms, along with a strategic analysis of the most important digital technologies, including blockchain, artificial intelligence, robotics, etc. Starting from a thorough discussion of the consequences of the digital transformation for industries, value chains and operating models, it will guide participants through a learning journey that enables them to design a proper digital agenda, to align the organization accordingly, and to execute a digital strategy that delivers value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the programme \u201cMastering the Digital Transformation\u201d is to offer students the skillset and toolset to understand and successfully face the challenges, implications and opportunities associated with the digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme aims at developing the following competences<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Understanding the building blocks of the digital transformation<\/li><li>Learning how to re-define strategy to cope with, and harness the opportunities of the digital transformation<\/li><li>Gaining frameworks and tools to align the organization with the digital agenda<\/li><li>Developing skills to translate digital strategies in course of actions that deliver value<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Target Audience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme is aimed to general managers willing to design and implement a digital agenda for their companies, managers across all functions who want to leverage the opportunities embedded in the digital technologies, professionals from different industries willing to gain a complete overview of digital strategies and their implications<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Certificate of Participation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the programme a certificate of
