The Global Family Business Management Programme is a 3-month Executive Course in English, concentrated into 5\u00a0modules taught in 5 weekends\u00a0in\u00a0Rome,\u00a0Madrid, Lille and Turin.<\/p>\n
The Programme is a unique international collaboration between three leading Schools: the Luiss Business School, the Center for Families in Business of the IE University and the IESEG School for Management.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The Programme has been designed to understand and harness the real opportunities for growth and development of family business beyond the founder generation, making the most of the pillars of sound management and managerial organization.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It aims to raise awareness on what makes a\u00a0<\/span>Family Business different<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and especially resilient, to highlight the\u00a0<\/span>real opportunities<\/span><\/b>\u00a0(and challenges) for\u00a0<\/span>growth<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and development of family enterprises, and to provide participants with the\u00a0<\/span>skills<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>tools<\/span><\/b>\u00a0necessary for\u00a0<\/span>making the most of their business<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The programme is designed for the\u00a0<\/span>heirs of business entrepreneurs who wish to take over the running of their family business<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and young professionals who already work for or would like to work for a family business, in order to gain and develop the\u00a0<\/span>theoretical knowledge and practical skills<\/span><\/b>\u00a0required to efficiently manage a family business.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the\u00a0programme.
