Objectives of the Master\u2019s Degree Programme in Global Business Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Major in Global Business Management<\/strong> is designed to shape forward-thinking professionals capable of navigating the complexity of international business environments with confidence and vision. The programme combines a rigorous academic foundation in key business areas \u2014 including finance, strategy, marketing, economics, and organizational management \u2014 with an immersive global experience across Rome, Amsterdam, and Dubai<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this unique triple-location journey, students will develop a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset<\/strong>, acquire the tools to foster and sustain international growth, and understand the organizational mechanisms that drive success in global contexts. The Major emphasizes the development of cultural intelligence<\/strong>, analytical thinking, and leadership skills essential to operating effectively in diverse markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By exploring and comparing business ecosystems across Italy, the Netherlands, and the UAE<\/strong>, participants will gain a deep understanding of global trends, industries, and competition dynamics, preparing them to become influential players in multinational corporations, consulting firms, and international institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diploma and ECTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Major in Global Business Management<\/strong> of the Master in International Management is a one-year Master of Science<\/strong> equivalent to \u201cMaster Universitario di I livello<\/strong>\u201d in accordance with the Italian university system. It provides students with at least 65 ECTS <\/strong>\u2013 European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System. At the end of the Programme, the Master\u2019s Diploma \u201cMaster Universitario di I livello\u201d will be conferred to participants who have passed exams or others assessment tests envisaged in the study program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Target audience of the Major in Global Business Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Major in Global Business Management of the Master in International Managment is aimed at recent graduates \u2014 or those graduating soon \u2014 from a variety of cultural backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
