Its goal is to increase female employment in the digital sector, a rapidly growing field that still suffers from a significant gender gap. <br>This ambitious initiative involves leading companies, institutions, and organizations as project sponsors, supporting or enhancing their digital transformation journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>AI <\/em>GROW\u2019s aims are<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Career Opportunities: We create pathways for solid and rewarding careers in the digital field, free from gender bias;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional Development: We offer support and guidance to help participants pursue careers in the digital sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Structure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Points<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selected partner companies launch real-world <strong><em>challenges<\/em><\/strong> to <strong>Luiss Business School students<\/strong>, who work in teams of up to ten participants to develop <strong><em>solutions<\/em><\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each team has approximately three months to work on the <strong><em>challenge<\/em><\/strong>, supported by a Luiss Business School tutor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end of the period, the <strong><em>challenges<\/em><\/strong> are presented in a final contest, where <strong>the best project is awarded<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/en\/news-en\/ai-grow-2025\/\" title=\"\">Discover all the details of the AI GROW 2025 project!<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AI GROW is a project designed to encourage the use of AI tools in companies through practical challenges.
