{"id":166,"date":"2017-02-23T14:03:36","date_gmt":"2017-02-23T14:03:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/grow\/sample-page-2\/"},"modified":"2025-10-08T12:17:32","modified_gmt":"2025-10-08T12:17:32","slug":"sample-page","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/grow\/en\/","title":{"rendered":"Home"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aims<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GROW \u2013 Generating Real Opportunities for Women<\/strong> is a project aimed at promoting, supporting, and enhancing the personal and professional development of female students at Luiss Business School, with a particular focus on their entry into the job market and the advancement of their careers toward leadership positions in companies, public administrations, institutions, universities, and other organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Becoming the forge of tomorrow\u2019s leaders<\/em>, this is the commitment Luiss Business School has taken on, leveraging its advanced education and research system with the support of leading companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GROW reflects the School\u2019s determination to contribute meaningfully to the shared mission of the United Nations, the European Union, and the G20, which have long recognized, and recently reinforced, the importance of women\u2019s roles in society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2025 edition focuses on the theme of Artificial Intelligence and is structured around three main initiatives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/en\/news-en\/ai-grow-2025\/\" title=\"\">AI Grow<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/grow\/en\/grow-talk\/\" title=\"\">Grow Talk<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/grow\/en\/job-shadowing\/\" title=\"\">Job Shadowing<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Target Audience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The GROW Project is open to all female students enrolled in <strong>Full-Time Master\u2019s programmes (Level I and II) <\/strong>at Luiss Business School.
