program<\/strong>\u00a0initiated in LUISS Business School to promote, support and improve personal and professional growth of its female students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GROW FAST (Financing and Supporting Talents)\u00a0<\/strong>is an initiative that is part of GROW, designed and launched in a joint effort by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bridgestone,\u00a0the world\u2019s largest manufacturer of tyres and other rubber products, employing over 140.000 people around the world, operating via 3 technical centers and 178 manufacturing plants and sell products in more than 150 countries.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Korn Ferry International,\u00a0<\/strong>an organisational and people advisory firm, the world\u2019s largest provider of executive search;<\/li>\n<li>and\u00a0<strong>LUISS Business School,\u00a0<\/strong>an internationally accredited provider of business education, based in Rome (Italy).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The GROW FAST initiative offers to a selected group of outstanding women:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>direct access to organizations eager to support talents in\u00a0<strong>the development of their potential;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>an internationally accredited\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/mba-part-time\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/52\/2018\/10\/LUISSBusiness_GROW_Fast_Initiative.pdf\">MBA Part-time programme<\/a>, which provides a culturally relevant and professionally memorable experience in the heart of Rome;<\/li>\n<li><strong>a fully sponsored accelerated track into the world of business with leading companies\u00a0<\/strong>that pursue diversity and inclusion as key strategic assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The initiative consists of three main steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>selection of talented women;<\/li>\n<li>1-year MBA Part-time programme at LUISS Business School starting in March 2019, the tuition fee of\u00a0<strong>EUR 27,000\u00a0<\/strong>being covered by a study loan;<\/li>\n<li>employment contract as a Project Manager in Bridgestone with a previously agreed salary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>GROW Fast<\/strong>\u00a0initiative is addressed to young women with the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business<\/li>\n<li>at least 5 years of working experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>having worked in the field of Project
