The Executive Education Experience
Luiss Business School’s Executive Education programmes utilize innovative teaching methods that offer a unique and immersive learning experience. The programmes combine traditional lectures with digital technologies, which are pivotal for the learning experience.
Before, during and after the programme, participants have access to value-adding services aimed at enhancing and customizing their learning experience.
Prior to the start of the programme, participants can discuss their needs and expectations with their coordinator, who will support them by customizing their learning paths according to employability trends.
Programmes utilise experience-based learning model in which participants are involved in simulations, workshops and business games. They use their skills and abilities to analyse problems, establish priorities and allocate available resources in order to achieve the programme’s goals. Experiential learning improves problem-solving skills, critical thinking and creativity by enabling participants to encounter complex situations in a safe environment.
Programmes combine traditional classes with digital technologies, which are pivotal for the learning experience. The aim is to involve students by providing them with in-depth, program-related digital content in order to create room for in-class debates with lecturers and other participants, thereby fostering peer learning.
Assisted by an international association of qualified professionals, individual coaching allows participants to internalize their learning and to combine their professional background with their future objectives in a confidential, non-judgmental context. Participants thereby become more aware of their resources, strengths and potential avenues for development.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND NETWORKING
L4E – LEADERSHIP FOR EXECUTIVES
Participants take part in meetings with leaders, top managers and company directors, which are intended to convey real examples of the daily management of companies’ dynamics.
Networking events are exclusively dedicated to the Executive Education programmes. Conferences, seminars and Networking Cafes foster useful relationships among professionals that can lead to the natural transfer of knowledge, experiences and best practices.
In ad hoc meetings, participants will have the chance to challenge themselves on the different issues that distinguish each career stage, from becoming a leader or changing career paths to building specific professional competencies.
Following the end of the course, participants will have the opportunity to discuss the practical applications of their loaning with faculty members, and to work with their coaches to assess the outcomes of projects and actions.
Participants work on individual and group projects designed to put what they have learned during the programme into practice. They are supported by the faculty in these efforts. The project outputs are also discussed and analysed.
