In a fast-changing world as currently witnessed with the corona virus, leaders need to embrace and demonstrate more than ever values-based, purpose-oriented and strategically-relevant skills. With the economy under pressure, it is high time for leaders to help transform their organisations to shift from doing harm to doing good, from reducing the negative footprint to creating a positive handprint. Such responsibility enables employees to work together as easily beyond existing business boundaries as within their organisation, be it in person or remotely.
The Executive Programme in Positive Impact Leadership enables participants to acquire the skills to bring out the best in people and teams, and to recognise inherent capacities and resources of the organisation in order to lead innovation processes that result in new purpose-driven product and service business models.

The programme aims to provide participants with core skills to develop co-creative stakeholder engagement, purpose-driven innovation, effective decision-making channels, supportive governance. These include experiential practices in how to build trust, manage conflict and use positive emotions for successful decision-making.
This programme is designed for managers and professionals who wish to learn best practices and strategies to bring about positive change and reap the benefits of co-creative teams, as well as for mid or upper level managers who are in charge of organisational transformation processes and want to become better at leading their teams.
Flex Programmes combine a flexible and fully digitally organisational structure with sessions whereby participants can experience the Community Executive Education of Luiss Business School, developing their own network of contacts and embarking upon a spontaneous process of mutual transfer of knowledge, experience and best practices. The sessions held face-to-face in person will involve participants in Networking events during which they will be facilitated by Ambassadors who will act as a reference point to build a transversal network within the Community. In addition, to stay in touch with the Luiss Business School Community and to find new profiles with which to establish a Business Opportunity, the School has set up Luiss BS Connect, a social media platform that allows participants to interact with an audience of professionals united by Luiss BS training and to share news as well as information about events and vacancies.
