{"id":2,"date":"2016-01-25T13:52:43","date_gmt":"2016-01-25T13:52:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/management-technology-digital-ecosystem\/?page_id=2"},"modified":"2025-10-08T12:02:41","modified_gmt":"2025-10-08T12:02:41","slug":"sample-page","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/businessschool.luiss.it\/management-technology-digital-ecosystem\/","title":{"rendered":"Overview"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The digital ecosystem impacts every business: the transformation&nbsp;affects organisational structures, brand positioning, customer experience, marketing and communication strategies, as well as the integration of back-end processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IT providers&nbsp;and&nbsp;agencies are devoting substantial resources to support businesses to carry out impactful&nbsp;digital initiatives&nbsp;and succeed in their&nbsp;digital transformation&nbsp;process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Programme develops digital capabilities, managerial skills and leadership techniques required to succeed in firms operating in the digital ecosystem or in businesses undergoing a digital transformation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The he Major in Digital Innovation Management aims to prepare professionals capable of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>adapting corporate strategies through the implementation of integrated services and products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adding value to companies, contributing to the development of innovative ideas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>building T-shaped capabilities, providing the business foundation to leverage digital expertise and become industry leaders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creating and protecting a company\u2019s web reputation, adopting new digital communication channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extract, interpret and protect information coming from complex data analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reinventing the customer experience, exploiting new digital channels and techniques useful for the whole organisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reengineering operational processes, gaining a wide understanding of the potential changes in firm practices to adapt to new digital technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>understanding the protection methods expected by cyber law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading Testoparagrafo\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Diploma and ECTS<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"Testoparagrafo\">The Major in Digital Innovation Management is a&nbsp;one-year Master of Science&nbsp;equivalent to \u201cMaster Universitario di I livello\u201d in accordance with the Italian university system. It provides students with at least&nbsp;65 ECTS&nbsp;\u2013 European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System. At the end of the Programme, the Master\u2019s Diploma \u201cMaster Universitario di I livello\u201d will be conferred to participants who have passed exams or others assessment tests envisaged in the study program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Target audience of the Major in Digital Innovation Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Major in Digital Innovation Management is aimed at recent
