Gabriella Valentinotti<\/strong>
\nHead of Education, Growth and Engagement<\/strong>
\nGabriella joined Benetton in 2006 where initially held the position of Recruiting & Training Manager. Today she is the Head of Education, Growth and Engagement, playing the role both at corporate level and for the commercial network.
\nFor Benetton, she has created and implemented a talent management strategy for the retail channel and launched a In Store Academy addressed to the Franchise Channel.
