Objectives
This programme aims to equip participants with the skills needed to place the client at the heart of business strategies, encouraging a client-centric approach that permeates all interactions and touchpoints. By focusing on client segmentation, targeting, and clustering through ABC analysis, participants will develop analytical proficiency to enhance customer insights and drive personalization. Additionally, the programme empowers learners to leverage marketing research, customer analytics, and big data to design tailored customer experiences while fostering an organizational culture that values employees as internal customers.
By attending this programme students will:
- Learn to analyze and segment clients effectively using ABC analysis, targeting, and clustering techniques to support strategic decision-making.
- Apply customer journey mapping and touchpoint analysis to create tailored strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize marketing research, customer analytics, and big data to gain actionable insights and foster a client-centric culture that also recognizes employees as vital internal customers.
Target Audience
The program is intended for graduates (or soon to be graduates), from all disciplines, interested in exploring customer experience related topics through case studies, company visits, and interactions with industry leaders.
Curriculum
The International Week is designed to seamlessly intertwine frontal lessons, guest lectures, company and cultural visits, and interactive activities, offering participants an exciting and immersive learning experience.
The key topics will be:
- The client at the center
- Client Analysis: ABC analysis, targeting and clustering
- Customer experience: customer journey, touchpoints, tailored strategies, and approaches
- Marketing research, customer analytics and big data analytics
- Employees as customers: the person at the center of the organisation

For Luiss Business School and Luiss Guido Carli students
Tuition Fee: €400
Tuition includes course materials and access to Luiss Business School facilities.
For all other students
Tuition Fee: €950

The tuition fee is payable online.
How to apply
Fill in the Application Form (attivare link al CRM) to enroll in the International Week. The following documents will be requested:
- copy of degree certificate or self declaration
- curriculum vitae
- copy of passport or ID document
ECTS and Certificate of Participation
Participants will earn 5 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) upon completing the International Week. A Certificate of Participation will be issued to those attending at least 80% of the program’s activities.
