This DBA is unique in building your understanding of business management and strategy in the context of
the epochal changes the world is experiencing today. Focusing on these changes, studying with others who share these concerns, and then doing their own research, participants will emerge better equipped for the future.
The programme aims at developing the following competences:
- To acquire interpersonal competences instrumental to the development of a personal management and leadership;
- To develop a comparative international and global perspective;
- To develop the skills necessary to create an authentic, culturally and gender inclusive organizational culture;
- To develop the skills necessary to manage successful teams;
- To learn to apply techniques and tools of coordination, communication and strategic alignment aimed at the effective management of new working environments (e.g., hybrid, remote, etc.).
Target Audience
The DBA is designed for managers and leaders
that want to advance in their professional careers. Candidates must have at least a master’s degree and significant work experience (7+ years) with increasing levels of responsibility in management roles. Desired student profiles include senior and upcoming managers of companies dealing or that will have to deal with the digital and green transitions.
